A bi-monthly events designed for a deep reset of your brain and body.


Progressive Relaxation practice supports you in uncoiling stress from your bones, muscles and nerves, while releasing minor stresses from the mind. It is a wonderful way to end the day and set yourself up for a restful night of sleep. These practices are built to be progressive, and condition your mind to release stress, and heal while you sleep, not just for the evening, but every evening.
