Bodywork Survey

If you have ever received a professional massage, bodywork, or other manual therapy treatment, please fill out this questionnaire.

Psychedelic Experiences Survey

If you have taken a full dose or microdose of a psychedelic medicine and been impacted by it, please fill out this questionnaire. 

Assistive Bodywork with Psychedelics Survey

If you have ever received any type of professional massage, bodywork, or other manual therapy treatment, while using a psychedelic full dose, microdose, or as integration within the 24 hours after a full dose, please fill out this questionnaire. 

Mission Statement

To collect and compare both qualitative & quantitative data  in order to determine the impact of  Massage & Bodywork  (manual therapies) and Psychedelic medicine experiences, when used in conjunction with one another for the purposes of mental health, stress and pain management,  and whole-body wellness. 

Our long-term mission is to generate data for clinical research in mind-body wellness and the field of epigenetics.
