Progressive Relaxation practice supports you in uncoiling stress from your bones, muscles and nerves, while releasing pressurized thoughts and stresses from the subonscious mind. It is a wonderful way to end the day and set yourself up for a restful night of sleep. These practices are built to be progressive -conditioning your system to gently release stress, and heal while you sleep not just for the evening, but every evening.
