Kayt's Story
Kayt has been a licensed touch therapist and somatic guide for over 22 years and is a certified clinical hypnotherapist specializing in mind-body healing and trauma recovery. Her work with psychedelics as an integration specialist has been a meaningful extension of her professional practice since 2010.
Across two decades in private practice, Kayt has also served as a consultant and contractor in
retreat environments and multidisciplinary wellness programs, collaborating with medical and mental-health professionals in high-level rehabilitation and integrative care settings throughout the United States.
Understanding of the relationship between trauma and physical pain, Kayt has shaped her approach to working with the mind and body as a unified, intelligent system.
Drawing from an extensive tapestry of certifications, clinical training, and her own lived experiences of trauma and healing, Kayt’s work supports clients in resolving the imprints of trauma, transforming unwanted behaviors, and expanding interoceptive awareness. Her passion is in optimizing coherence between body, mind, and emotion, which helps guide people toward their fullest expression of a life lived with joy, meaning, and purpose.
She is based in Puerto Rico and Arizona

What does Kinconnxon mean?
Kinconnxon (pronounced Kin-connection) is a synthesis of two words: Kinaesthesia and Connection.
Kinaesthesia or the “kinaesthestic sense” is your mind’s internal ability to monitor your body's movement, reaction, and sensing. It is a form of self-awareness that is often so subtle, it gets swallowed by our gross, everyday movements. Kinaesthesia can include proprioceptive, interoceptive, and exteroceptive awareness.
There are many nuances to our movements that, when we slow down and start to feel fiber by fiber, can actually give us necessary information about ourselves. With a little guidance and breath, we tune into these subtleties and learn more about what the limitations or confines in our motions are, and why they exist. Understanding this can lead to greater mechanical receptivity, which in turn affects connective tissue transformation and healing. But even moreso...branches out to greater, more subtle receptivity to our emotions, our motivations, and our connection to the world around us.
You could say that the kinaesthetic sense is akin to your 6th sense. It serves as a gateway to understanding the influence that our bodies have on us mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Naturally, this is a very intercconnected pathway. We can also gather information on how our thoughts, feelings, and connection to the unseen affects us physically. As you develop this sense, you will notice more and more through the lens of the body.
And of course your kinaesthetic sense influences physical performance and comfort.
Kinconnxon is also a play on words... "kin" means related, and Kinconnxon is about how we relate and connect to ourselves, -body, mind, soul, spirit, particle and wave.
